basic wxpython application

The requirement is a basic Python application using the wxPython GUI library that starts up and opens up a web page (using [login to view URL]). The location of the web page opened will be specified in an ini file (see below): The application will be a frame that contains a menu with the following structure: File -Exit Help -Update -Help "Exit" to exit the application. "Help" to open a new frame that displays a web page from the ini value as shown above "Update" will download the named file from the ini file into the "downloads" sub-directory of the application. While downloading, it will display a progress dialogue. The initial window size of both the main applicatin and the help window will also be as specified in the ini file.
