CSS Styling for Tag Cloud and Page Links

Hi I currently have a tag cloud on my website, but I cannot get the Tags to be different sizes as i think my Style sheet is over ruling the values in there. Looking for some help in getting arund this problem. I am also adding a new Pages 1 2 3 4 5 links to the top of some of my pages, and would like a nice 'look and feel' to this - maybe someone has done something before - in like boxes or something.
