CSS editing for vBulletin and small site integration

I need somebody to finish a project that an old developer failed to complete. I have a gaming community website that is 80% vBulletin powered, but I need the vBulletin integrated into the main site template and have all of the pages look the same with the specific header.php. Somebody already began working on it, but disappeared on me without completing the project... so that's a big problem. My main clan site is [login to view URL], and an example page of the site integrated with vBulletin is [login to view URL] - which you can see is not displaying properly because of the previous developer's mistakes. If you are able to simply fix the CSS problems and make the forum pages display properly, I will have many more projects lined up if your work is good. Thank you so much!
