Cms Project (Website creator and Editor)

Hi, What I'd like is a cms program that will allow my users to choose a template, choose layout, choose colors, add/create/delete pages, add meta tags to pages when they are created, change images/logos, change edit template colors and backgrounds and edit content with a rich editor. So far the best rich editor I've seen is fck I believe. Also add email addresses if possible. There will be many many more features to add but mostly I want it to be simple for the user with options. Most cms programs I've seen are too complex. I want a point and click system. I am just looking around since I am new at this but I do have a web hosting company and see that many of the other companies have this feature. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like a simple menu (below is just an example. Website Editor Choose Template Choose Color Scheme Choose Layout Change Template Images (such as logos) Create Page Website Pages Home | view | edit Services | view | edit Contact | view | edit MORE menu items Meta tags I like all the features on Easy Website Pro4 (somewhat) I need an experience programmer that can maybe show me a demo of previous work and someone who is willing to work with me and will have great communication so we can get this project done. After the project is done I will need several templates and layouts designed to add to the database. This whole program should work on account online once my client has signed up. This is what I think I need. If anyone has any advice or suggestions please let me know. I just need an extra feature for my hosting company that will help me sell hosting packages. Easy for the user. What is going to impress me is how nice the site can look but most of all. is how easy and really simple the menu for the administration will be.
