Directory installation on my PHPFox Social Network

I have a phpfox website social network for a niche group already up and running. I'm looking to install a business directory like an internet restaurant directory, or [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or something somewhat like YELP on my website in which people can find ongoing classes, workshops, events, etc. based on their zip code, distance from zip code, date, time the engagement starts, and what type of genre the engagement is based on our admin selected niche group's needs. The directory should also be able to highlight paid Featured listings like the old-fashioned phone book yellow pages. From the business accounts perspective, they should have their own page featuring a profile picture, business phone, website, and address, etc., with their own calendar of events, including re-occuring events. This may also be linked to the user profiles that are already on my website which would be better for seamless operation from the business account user's end as well as the calendar we have hooked up pre-existing on the site. It might also be nice if the calendar can pop out as a widget for the businesses to use on their Facebook and/or MySpace Accounts. I think that there may be scripts for this already, but let's talk further.
