Creat Custom Social Engine Group Feed Page

I need to be able to add multiple groups post and feeds to a single custom Social Engine Page. In other words PAGE NAME Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 Group 5 Post Status Update Post Status Update Post Status Update Post Status Update Post Status Update Posts Feed Posts Feed Posts Feed Posts Feed Posts Feed 1) This is a very small project to see if it can be firstly be done and then I need the custom page made. 2) I need to know how to do this for creating other pages as needed - so documentation on how to create my own page and what code I need to use and what variables to change for different groups to be displayed.
