Animated Character with Talking feature

I am look for few cool animated characters, Just like Talking Tom Cat (Apple/Android App) or like an animated customer service avatar, like found on some sites. except I want it for Microsoft WINDOWS software, not an app. With the following features built in. Features: -------------- Minimum 2 different characters > One should be a cartoon of a person (male/female) & One should be an animal. (Microphone) Animated characters should be apple to speak, whatever I say into a microphone, (Text-Box) Animated characters should be apple to speak, whatever I say type in. (Movement) Animated characters should be able to move their head/eyes/eye brows/hands & body. Also should have emotions built in: Happy / Sad / Upset / Surprised / Confused etc. (Voice) Characters should have a voice built in like talking tom (can't have it sound like a normal robotic computer voice), or if there is away I can download different one in there that would be great. All listed features about should be controllable by me in the software. Features should not interfere with the characters appeal or movements. Please contact me if you have any questions.
