I need a system to send bulk emails. The system should include the following possibilities: - A system for sending out bulk emails. Both text and html mails. - Must be able to import emailaddresses from excell, word, wordpad etc for each campaign and then send. You must also know how to avoid spamfilters in hotmail, gmail etc. - Also, need a webpage for presentation of the project. Just one page with text, textlogo and a contact form. I prefer that the programmer has experience with bulk email systems and also can recommend a server account provider that accept email sendouts. This is not a spam system, but will be used to send about 50 000 mails per moth for advertising purposes.

Project requires simple minded php and whatever type database you want to use. Your hosting package providers will limit to under 200 emails every hour or even 24 hour period. To raise your limits contact your provider and inform them you need to increase outgoing emails for whatever amount you need to pay extra. Don't play dumb when taking someones bid...
