ChannelAdvisor to Opencart Item Integration

Using the API information at the following link: http://developer.channeladvisor.com/display/cadn/ChannelAdvisor+Developer+Network We require an extension for Opencart to be built to allow inventory items from Channeladvisor to be posted directly to our Opencart stores. Both stores are running Opencart 1.5.3.1. There must be an option to import individual items, not just a mass import of all items listed in Channeladvisor. The process can be manually enabled or automatic, however there must be a manual approval of new items into Opencart if the process is automatic. All available item fields should be populated with the information directly from Channeladvisor including but not limited to: quantity, price, long description, picture URLS, attributes, manufacturer, inventory number, mpn, and weight.
