Chat Application

Hi, My name is Prathima. I 'am running a small company with six branches across the state. I want to have a simple chat mechanism(system) on my intranet site. The requirement is across the branches users will login to the chat application to interact with other users about the stock,current rate and otherthings. For this i require a chat application in JSP & Servlets. Don't think about the offered amount. There is lot more work is going to come from our side. I assure you the pay will increase in future. The chat application should work/function like this : 1. As soon as a user logs in the application, a table named USERLOGSTATUS should be updated with the columns like UID,Login Date,LoginTime,Logout Time & Status (O-Online,S-Signedout.). When the user logged out from the application the status has to be updated with "S". 2. Chat window's layout should display the list of logged users(Has to validate with USERLOGSTATUS table's status "O"). A text box to accept the chat message(Max 150 Char length) and Two buttons.([login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Session) 3. One user will click on the other logged user to start chat conversation. As soon as he double click the user to whom he want to chat, a chat window has to be open at the other end user. 4. As soon as user click's the send button, the message should appear in the chat window and the same has to be updated in a table name CHATCONV. With columns like UserId, OtherUserID,Date,Time,Conversation (Char 200). 5. The database should be oracle. 6. I need a javascript function to convert the entered value into amount. ie. if user enters 1H in a text box it should convert it to 100, if the value is 10T then the function should convert the value to 10000 and display. same with "L-Lakh", "C-Crore","M-Million" [login to view URL] is not a part chat application but should be provided as a separate option/page.
