The tracking team need to be and be to see the data entry fields but not edit them. The admin group needs to see all the fields but only edit the admin fields. The supervisor should be able to access and modify any and all the fields, manage user menu levels, and add and delete users. The Majority of Reports can be written/designed on an as needed basis. BUt we would like the following reports to be created and saved. The detailed report layout is in Annex II.
