Day/Time based scheduler or planner.

Hi I am looking for a jquery/javascript expert to develop a customized time based planner/scheduler/calendar for our application. This site illustrates a similar calendar. Also note the following must features: [login to view URL] planner/calendar needs to support all major browsers. 2. I will need the code to be clean, and fully documented. Also the Lines of code have to be minimal. 3. The planner needs to support drag drop functionality. 4. Tool tips on records. 5. Will need to have certain hooks within the planner api, which will be discussed. one example is to raise a server side call to validate the record being created or when the record is dragged to another cell. 6. flexible Context menu to be present on all records shown on the planner. 7. The record should be displayed as a continuous line, if it spans more than one cell. More requirements to interested bidder.
