Diablo 3 Utility

I am interested, if only I can find it within reasonable price, since I have no idea about pricing, in a Diablo 3 utility that will read Diablo 3 memory. The utlity will be able to read game data on mouseover and convert that numbers using custom weights to a rating that will either be displayed on top of the Diablo program or displayed externally. The data will be in the in game auction house when we mouseover a listed item. So if for example an item has 100 vitality and 40 all resistances with respective custom weights of 2 and 4 - the gearscore would be 100 x 2 + 40 x 4 = 280. I imagine it would be a huge help if the developer played diablo 3 himself so he was aware of the situation.
