build a ccd reader board

I need someone who can build the board from this project : <[login to view URL]>, i really need only a computer interface, no display. DRBIII can comunicate with the car without interference of the board that will only listen the bus. The board must have the feature of send data to the bus, of course, but initially i will use it only to listen. - The board must have a USB and Bluetooth interface i can connect to a notebook where the software will interpret data from both parts the car and the DRBIII. Eletric interference can be a problem here, maybe you will can resolve it with opto coupled connecting. What you think ? - The software on the PIC can be just a basic core that do analog-digital transforming. Are you confortable with C/C++, open source software ?
