car salesman organizer program

i need a program with the following features: sign up to be a member. fields to enter all member info (name/address/phone number/what dealership they work for/address and phone number for dealership) login with username and password place to sign up for membership using paypal then once the person becomes a member they will be able to do the following: enter the name of customer when they sell/lease a car enter all other info for that customer (address, phone, date of birth, date car was sold/leased, all info about the car itself like make/model/year/extras the members will be able to go to a page that shows 6 choices of mailers that they can purchase and will be able to purchase as many or as few of these as they want. (later on, the administrator will be able to sort by which mailer is supposed to go out when, do queries for each mailer, and all the names and addresses will be automatically sorted in template format [4 mailers per 8 1/2 x 11 page] with all contact info in the correct places. the administrator will then be able to print these off from his computer. i can give you more info on this later.) The administrator will be able to see when a mailer gets sent for that month, etc. This will be a safety feature to prevent him from re-mailing a mass mailer he already mailed. The choices of mailer are monthly, seasonal, birthday, anniversary of sale, and 2 time change mailers. There will be alert emails that will be sent to the members when it's been 30 days after a sale/lease or when it's 6 months before a lease is up. In this alert email will be a link which takes them to the page of contact info for that customer, so that the member can call that customer to follow up and then enter notes on that customer. This program also needs to be created for installation on his own computer, so that he can download the DB from the web whenever he wants, in case his website is down. So the two need to be compatible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform mysql, unix or linux, php. any of those that apply.
