dll for drawing text (wpf)

Enclosed are 3 projects. One is the class I have for drawing text using GDI. I need the same thing done using Windows Presentation Foundation. The only parameters that will change from the old and the new are just these: 1. DrawText The parameter will be drawingcontext as [login to view URL] 2. Rectangle (the type is a little different. using the new type would be fine). Don't worry about the angle property for now since that will be a future project. The other 2 projects are samples shown using Windows Presentation Foundation. I want the new dll to be a class dll and not a control. Needs to use the same idea as the other 2 projects does. This new project must use only Windows Presentation Foundation with no controls and cannot use any GDI. Must use .net 3.5 Visual Baisc.
