Advanced Directory Listing

I want a new script that automates everything. right now I create folders, manually sort it and it's pita. I want a php script that lists all the files in a parent directory then: - Automatically sorts Alphabetically and sticks into folders. A-C, D-F, etc.. - Option to sort by most popular, limit endless - Option to limit to 50,100, 500 results per page (added pagination) - Count downloads - Rate Downloads - Custom Download Page - Report Bad File - Sort by Newest Added Files - Breadcrumb Header - SAME SEO Features (Rom title goes in TITLE, META TAGS, Description) see existing script for examples. If possible, limit users to 1GB downloads per day (a simple script, my server can't handle many php requests and I get a lot of traffic), flood protection preventing people clicking the same link multiple times. Limit would echo a notice saying "I'm sorry, you've reached the limit for today, please try again tomorrow or register for the {phpbb} form and get 1GB more. Looking for some quotes, going to determine if price is worth the change. I don't mind if you use another script and tailor it to do everything I said.
