Basic Joomla Help Needed

I am a novice, but I know that this will be a very simple task for a Joomla expert. There are the 3 issues that I'm hoping to resolve: 1) I want all pages only available to registered users. I believe I've set all pages like this, but with my sample registered user account, on login I get a 403 error. The user account is locked afterwards, and most importantly, the user never sees any content. 2) For the super user accounts (and this would need to be fixed for all users), if they are able to login successfully, the page does not automatically direct them to the welcome page as they should. I don't know how to fix this. 3) When logged in, I want to have a menu option for the user to logout that would automatically log the user out when they click it and go back to the login page. Currently, I think it goes to a page with a logout button or just does not work. I would think that someone with the right competence can complete all of these within a day, but I could be wrong. I have a VERY limited budget, so please provide your most economical offer. Thanks.
