Basic Website Design

I need a basic website design for a company. The job is essentially basic....I'm flexible on the turnaround time and am offering a limited budget for this work. What I have is a company website --> home page/about page/contact page/past jobs/current jobs/etc I need an updated logo for the website and a more "web 2.0" feel. I have an existing domain/host and a running website...it has all the info, you would basically need to move that text into a new website. I'm looking for something fresh, simple. the current logo is different from my business card and would like to use the logo from my business card on the website. Its a very basic logo. Hopefully this is sufficient info to get a solid bid. **If you can do a good, clean job...I have a charity website that needs to be launched in the next 9months, two classified websites and a couple of blogs which I can pass onto you or your company. I first want to see how good and reliable the building of my company website will be. I look forward to collaborating with you.
