Bugfixes for TYPO3 site needed

Hi, we are running a website on TYPO3 CMS Version 3.8.1. The site is in German but that should not affect the project as the backend is provided in English as well. We need some things fixed with our Template. Task description: Change the template according to the problem description below using CSS, HTML and maybe TYPOScript. Close Collaboration with service buyer. Your Profile: - experienced with TYPO3 and Typoscript, PHP - experienced with CSS (and HTML) - capable of finishing within a few Weeks (flexible) Description and problems to be solved: The Site has a three column layout (see files). The layout is realised with div tags. It seems like the left and right column have a specific height (color grey). Problem 1: When there is more content in the middle column (goes further down than the colored left and right area) it shifts below the content in the left column instead of continuing in the middle column. Problem 2: Basically the same like problem 1 just that the same content shift occurs when the browser window is reduced (the content in the middle column doesn't have enough space and shifts down and to the left). Suggested solution to problems 1 + 2.: Correct the format of the div tags and or affected ids to get a clear three column layout Problem 3: The vertical scrollbar as seen on the picture indicates that there is more content further down if you just scroll down. But there is no content further down. This is probably affected by CSS regulating the height of one or several of the three columns. Suggested solution to problem 3: Find the bug and correct it accordingly so that there is no scroll bar when the content ist completely visible. Problem 4: The menu in the left column is formatted with CSS. Unfortunately the <a> tag has a special format. When inserting content below the navigation menu TYPO3 inserts a-tags for anchors. Those are then visible on the website due to the CSS format of those tags. That way we cannot add any additional content to the left column. Suggested solution to problem 4: Correct the CSS for all affected tags and ids to keep the appearance by simultaneously adding the possibility of additional content without messy layout. Please bid with specification of your experience (especially TYPO3), earliest starting date and expected time.
