Build Impulse Pay P

I require a simple PHP cart system that allows us to sell serial numbers. The script must include the following: * Admin area to add products and serial numbers (title, html description and list of serial numbers) * Customer clicks "Buy Product". * Customer can pay via ImpulsePay (API: [login to view URL]) * Website confirms customer has paid, provides customer with 1 serial number. No design necessary, just a very basic cart with payment by Impulse Pay (See API: [login to view URL]). PHP script must be entirely secure and hack proof. The script must NOT provide the customer with a serial number until payment is confirmed.
