The site should look exactly like this website ( pokrov-pflegedienst (dot) de) with different logo, different colors and different content, with same functionality, design. It would be in three language: romanian (main), russian and english, you don't have to translate it, you just need to create the page with the space so it should be easy translated in any languages. Your work is to create a site thats looks 100% (even with the pictures, or if you have good ideas, please share them) like this. Becase our logo is blue with red, all the colors should be changed to fit with the logo. The news category should be wordpress integrated, with the same colors and so on. The website should have the following pages: 1. ABOUT US 2. OUR SERVICES 3. News 4. Projects 5. Resources 6. Photo Gallery 7. Partners 8. Contact The latest news should be on the right, in place to the contact information for the main page. I guess $30 is too much for this project (you just need to make a copy of the website, to change the colors of the design and to integrate wordpress for news so it could. If you can do it for less (10-15-20) please let me know and you will get more changes to get this job. If you have any question, or... just contact me
