Build a Website

Men’s Group Network (MGN) is expected by its owner Mr.M to be a Social Network Service website specially designed to emphasize the concept of “Groups”, and to provide a more private zone for individuals (it is not a dating size, but more like a dating site in terms of making friend and privacy). Interactions, communications and connections between individual and groups are encouraged, the establishment of “friendship” between members in MGN should be strict than in other website. The original version of MGN was built by Elgg, however we decide to outsource the project for rework (building from scratch), leaving the current demo site [login to view URL] as a reference for some basic functions of MGN. Moreover, comprehensive requirements are described in the completion plan, together with specific documents (see the list below) describing each functions Mr.M wants to have in the MGN site. Other requirements for this project: (1). The freelancer who works on this project must weekly report their progress by: a> Writing email report/summary to me and cc to Mr.M b> Report and discuss with me on Skype c> Updating the demo site weekly (2). Transfer MGN to internode([login to view URL]) is done once the final payment is received by the freelancer (3). All the design documents, source code, database scripts, deployment scripts are also transfered to Mr.M with requirement 2. (4). Provide 90 days of free support. After the free support Mr.M is able to decide who he gets to maintain MGN and at a price that is mutually agreed. (5).
