Looking to build a simple, easy on the eye and easy to use website whereby multiple users can log in and add a CSV file or type in manually to an online spreadsheet which can be viewed and edited online. There will need to be multiple pages of spreadsheets. This will be an-inhouse website for a Pharmacy company with multiple stores. The purpose is for the store manager to input product specials - details and pricing - and for the agency to download the info and produce Point of Sale materials in Indesign. If you belive you understand this brief can you please let me know what you would do, how you would go about creating this website, how long it will take and ho much you will charge to build the site, then ongoing hourly rate. I am unsure of what this website is worth and will look at all reasonable proposals.

Hi Lynda! It seems Google Docs Spreadsheets provide everything you need: CSV import, online editing, multiple pages, CSV export, access control. If you really need in-house solution then I willingly create a stripped down version of Google Spreadsheets. See "Cafeteria" in my portfolio for an example of easy on the eye design.

Hello lyndagreening, I fully understand your project details and believe that I could create this within a week. I have experience creating secure login systems using PHP. The spreadsheet code is fairly simple to implement. I would be using PHP/XHTML/jQuery and possibly MySQL (depending on your requirements) to create this web page.
