Building a website from another reference site

Hi, i'm looking to create an entire website - WITH 100% SIMILARITY - to the following website ([login to view URL]). a) New school logo will be provided for you to use b) You do not need to reproduce or copy any EXTERNAL media materials like press releases, videos, audios, brochures, files, prospectus and other attachments found on the site. c) Other than item b, please copy everything else using content from the original website, including all existing text, images, slider images, gallery images, contact information etc. d) You should also be able to add a new php section called "Verification" under the main Menu bar which will have a simple php webform (with 1 form field only) for visitors to input their Degree Certificate Number (example #675543) , and once they can click Submit, the php form will send the Degree Certificate Number to our webhost's MySQL database to conduct a search from a database, and return a record from the MySQL database showing the following (Student Name, Type of Degree Course Taken, Year Taken etc). The MySQL database data fields will be given to you upon award to create the database. e) Note, there's quite a number of sub pages within the whole website, please use your own experience to estimate how long you will need to copy all the content (including text and images content) and transfer them directly to the new website. If you have a way to download the entire original website files and replicate them exactly on our new webhosting site on Godaddy, please feel free to suggest how you will do so. d) You will be given access to our Godaddy webhosting account and you'll have to ensure new site is up with all existing content and works like the original site. Project to be complete within 5 working days. Please ignore my budget shown below as i need to place a number for listing purposes, and BID YOUR OWN PRICING THAT YOU NEED TO CHARGE to complete this project within 5 days or earlier. Thanks.
