Change Entire Website retaining permalinks structure

Hi there you would need to retrieve contents on an existing site by FTP and transfer this to another live wp install. Then install a theme( which I will provide) you with runs on pretty much same base which is Woo commerce. This has to be installed to my satisfaction that is will require some tweaks and stuff, you have to be a patient as I do work during the day and only can assist after work. Once I am satisfied the layout is as required we will transfer the theme files to the live site and activate it. Please note I know exactly what needs to be done, the only reason why I am getting you to do this is due to lack of time. Please bid only if this can be completed in 2 days time.
