Change some words around in checkout review page and add logos

My website is [login to view URL], in my checkout review page where it says paypal with a bullet I want it to say Credit Card /Paypal and I want the secure payments by paypal logo I have provided here next to it. Also I want to charge my customers per item shipping rate as its set up now however in the checkout review page I don\'t want it to say per item shipping rate above where it currently says paypal nor between the subtotal and total. I just want it to say Shipping and a UPS logo next to it that I also provided here and in between subtotal and total for it to just say Shipping.
