Classified and Auction website

We are Thailand Trader, the place where people in Thailand will buy and sell online. We plan on being the market leader in the online marketplace and classified advertising and Auction platform in Thailand. This spans from auctions to fixed-priced sales for new and used goods, with automotive, real estate and employment businesses. In the future we would like to expand our web businesses specialising in accommodation and online dating. On top of that, we want sell advertising across our portfolio of websites. The core idea of Thailand Trader is simple: we connect people and businesses, and provide them with the information and tools they need to undertake a transaction. This will take place in a no frills but extremely functional fast loading web site environment. This is critical as we want fast upload to both servers and end users Phones or PC The concept; people sending money to sellers they've never met, for goods they've never seen purchasing them in auction or classifieds and having in safeguards in place like address verification and seller feedback services. There will be a paypal feature and the ability to accept major credit cards. I have a current site in mind that I wish to emulate to some degree [login to view URL] our site will include similar search engines The site will have a language selection option like they have on [login to view URL] and possibly a local map and drop down location menu like on [login to view URL] to make navigation simple and easy . Another feature that they have on [login to view URL] is when you are looking at a listing you can click on a map tab to see where your item is located before wasting time and money ringing or travelling silly distance or to realise at end of auction your item is hundreds of km away. it will have the normal face book twitter and g+ links for likes etc, when add expires, page views print and email tabs etc see uploaded screen shoots Thailand [login to view URL] must work on booth PC and phone( iphone/ipad/android/touch) Email auto responders in place for notifications announcements (outbid, won auctions, confirmation of items bought & sold) etc Footers and headers will be the same as per trade me site on all pages. There will be two ways two view any given page list view and gallery view as per auction page screen shots For the auctions there will be two tabs on homepage 1/ $1 No Reserve and 2/ Auctions. To list an item customer will goto Sell in header choose a category ( see Category screen shoot) and follow 12345 process Must be able to load 20. 10 for free then 5 baht a photos for all categories except for General items for sale All general items are 2photos for free and 5baht per extra uploaded and offer upload in multiple formats when my customer has completed their add before it is posted they will see Extras page (see screenshot) and be able to upgrade their add It would be an added bonus if the site is editable by me and I can work on seo myself in order to save costs however it will be a service I may have interest in once site has been populated
