Clone FB App for a fresh website

I want the app fighters club cloning from face book and adapted to run on an external website. It must include user profiles (similar to forum profiles) and enable users to choose who to be friends with as the app depends on friends lists to work. Everything must work pretty much the same way as fighters club, there will be some slight modifications such as I don't want the rep fight option included. I want players to be able to message eachother, and gang hierachy to be able to message all members of their gang. I would like to be able to moderate gangs and select people to be moderators for the site. Security is a biggy as well, it needs to be as tight as can be to stop scripts been used so cheaters can not cheat. If you need to know any further info then please feel free to pm me.
