Clone a website - design a similar one

I want a site similar to this model site: [login to view URL] I want it to look similar, although creative differences should be made. I will supply the images for the pages. I want to keep the dark blue background color, but you can change the other color schemes if you like - I want the site to be readable and visually appealing, but dignified. I don't want the intro page of the model site ([login to view URL]) so the [login to view URL] page should be similar to the [login to view URL] page on the model site. The header logo should be simple and dignified and should be used in addition to the company name text. The company name text should be a font similar to the site. I plan to use the header logo on letterhead. You will design the logo. The logo should be the initials JS represented in a fancy script. I will supply the content and link names after I select the successful bidder. All fonts should be similar to the model site. I want to have roughly the same number of pages, links and sublinks as the model site (will only change the link names or remove a few) I am moderately familiar with HTML and I want to be able to update the site myself after it is created. I want to know the exact fonts that you use (a copy of them if I don't have them), so that if I need to add a link later by myself, The willing bid price would include 2 graphic designs with up to 2 revisions. Payment will be made half upfront and half after finish - or by escrow.
