Combining two Wordpress themes functionalities

Thanks for looking in on my project. I currently have two Wordpress themes. Theme 'One' has a masonry grid functionality built in that displays posts, and scrolls infinitely (similar to Pinterest). I like how smooth it works, and the CSS post styling is one that I favor. I want to use this theme as my landing page's BODY. I have another theme, theme "Two", that has a styling that I want for everything else, including header/footers and any other page BUT my landing pages BODY. As an example my landing page would use the following possible style: Header: Theme 'Two' Header styling and functionality Body: Theme 'One'' grid masonry functionality, and post styling Footer: Theme 'Two' Footer styling and functionality I will use Theme 'Two' functionality for anything/ all other pages. In simple form, I want to borrow Theme 'One' grid functionality and integrate only that into Theme 'Two'. I need to hire someone to make me a landing page template that will allow me to seamlessly combine the two as stated. The one constraint that comes to mind right away is that I do not want the "query_posts" function used if at all possible in the template. I prefer to work with the Loop itself.
