Contest creation for social networking site

I have a script ([login to view URL]), and want to start a new social networking site. The main attraction of the site will be that I am having a contest, based on photo-rating, to find a winner from several different locations. The site itself, [login to view URL], will be the base. Then, there will be six sub-sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc Each of these sites will simply redirect to subdomains, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and so on. Each of these subdomains will have their own running competitions. Two people from each of these subdomains will win the competition, who will then enter into the final voting, the UBC Hottie ([login to view URL] [login to view URL]). My site, [login to view URL], is not yet up, but I will install the [login to view URL] script there. What I require: - ONE Basic, very nice landing page, with a brief description of the competition (i have a logo). Clicking on this page will take you to the subdomain where the voting occurs This basic landing page can be re-applied, just with a different name/colour scheme, to the six total subdomains. - set-up of the six subdomains, and the competitions - set-up of the master competition ([login to view URL]) All of these competitions should be run through my Admin panel. Also, should someone sign-up for the competition via any of these six subdomains, an account on [login to view URL] should automatically be created for them, and their information will be processed into the competition. if they are already a member of [login to view URL], there will just be a simple link to subscribe and they will be entered into the contest. Also, you will have to make [login to view URL] interactive with the other subsites, giving competition updates and links. the competition itself will run for 3 weeks. then the final round of voting (the [login to view URL] voting) will last another week (or maybe 2 weeks). i should be able to set this time through admin as well. everything within the framework of the master site, [login to view URL] ((all members will be bchotties members) my budget is more towards the lower end of this range so keep that in mind when you bid.
