Convert Java website to new Joomla 2.5.22 website

The current live website [login to view URL] is done in Java and this project is to convert the site into a Joomla 2.5.11 website. This project is 90% converting the current site as you see it and 10% minor improvements based on the capabilities of joomla. You will need to create a template, a component, and a series of modules. The database and all queries of the current live site will be provided by me as a starting point. Some time ago a coder did some work on a template for Joomla 1.6, it was not finished but you should be able to re-use substantial sections from it. I will give you a copy of the unfinished template as i got it as an installable .zip file Most important aspect is that you produce code in complience with Joomla 2.5.11 so that the delivered component and modules form a solid basis for future enhancements. Aspects dealing directly with functionality such as how to build a query or changes required to the DB will be handled jointly with me. Please review the current site first.
