Convert Our Design PSD Template to Opencart Website

Hi I need our design template (PSD FIle) converted to the frontend of our OPENCART store. Integration as per our design and fully tested. The design must work in responsive design for Desktop, Tablet and smart phone fronted. The store is a Catalogue (without purchasing) so the default type top header navigation [ My Account - Wish List - Shopping Cart - Checkout - etc.] needs to be removed and we have our own header top nav buttons to go in (e.g. Download Brochure(page) - New Customers (page) - Sign up for Newsletter - Contact Us etc. Will also need a slider (the revolution slider that works with wordpress would be good but any other suggestions for open cart would be taken on board - need to have adverts with text overlay on the slider and possible button links on the slider to inner sections of the categories of the catalogue/store) again with responsive design in mind. Need to show me that you are Opencart smart and have done successful projects in open cart before. Competitive price and experience will be the decider on who we select. Thanks Bob
