Hello, My name is Adrian. I represent a software development company and we are looking for a long term relationship with any serious client. I just put it so I can get in direct contact with you to get some very important answers. I have looked at the images you sent and I have analyzed the websites you provided. I need one thing clear. All the movies that will be played through your website will be played from your own server and not from external links. Is this correct? If so, I understand that you want users to be able to add links to websites. The player that we will build will have to play directly those links or will the admin download the movie and put it on your own server? Another important question is the player. We have recently build flash players and HTML5 players for movies. The advantage of having an HTML5 player is that all the iPad users will be able to see the movies. So the question is, will you want an HTML5 player? If you do want an HTML5 player, please be advised that it only supports some movie extensions and I would recommend that you have those movies on your server where we will encode them in a format that is supported by the HTML5 players and browsers. Please answer these questions and afterwards I will provide you with a reliable estimate. Also do you think we can talk over Skype or phone about the project? I have an excellent team of programmers, designers and testers. We have the capacity required to provide you with one or more full time programmers that will work on your project until 100% completion. We usually work with a project management system and a bug tracking system an also a SVN. You will be able to see each day's progress on the project not only through our SVN commits but also on our development server. If you do not already have a server we will give you access to our own server where we will be developing the application. You will have access to see everything that happens there.
