Creating Dynamic Great Looking Website

I would like to create a dynamic website with a very good looking gallery. The website will be a way for me to promote my local business and a neat / organized / great looking / customizable gallery that allows me to upload pictures whenever I needed to. The website need to look professional / neat / simple / easy to navigate. You will have to shows me previous of your work to be able to get this project. Requirement: Need to finish in 1 day Need to be online for me to contact them and talk to them on skype/messenger. Need to have alot of experience about designing websites. Need to be able to understand quickly and utilize their own imagination to enhance the appearance of the website. The budget will be $120 or less, because this website will not have php/shopping cart/flash contents. The most important thing is the gallery.
