Custom CMS needed for community portal-Site relaunch ($250)

We would like to redesign our site [login to view URL]; requirements as below: -Ability to change pages contents through back end -Integration of the SMF blog within the new site, existing forums (available at [login to view URL]) posts and users should be migrated. New forum link would be available at [login to view URL] -Other sections that are required: news, classifieds, directory, photos, videos, online store (very simple script needed, as we would be selling only 2 or 3 t-shirts from there) . Databases/users between different sections do not need to be integrated but would be a plus. -The news section will occupy the main page, and we should be able to post new articles automatically through the back end. -Ability to integrate RSS feeds from other sites -SEO friendly urls -Compatible with all major browsers We had had the site redesigned in Joomla ([login to view URL]~afrosh/[login to view URL]), however it was just too difficult to manage as we are not used to this CMS. However this gives you some idea about what we are looking for. Thus for this project we need a custom CMS that would be easy to manage. If you have done community sites before please provide examples in your bid.
