Custom WP Plugin Project

I need a Wordpress plugin developed to specifications that can be installed and utilized by my clients for a monthly or yearly license. This plugin will be sold through networks utilizing paypal IPN and Clickbank, and cofirm this. The plugin will need to be as secured from cracking and unauthorized use. This plugin is for the use of internet marketers in my network to help them promote their own products through word press. I have detailed mind map and a powerpoint explaining each part and function of the plugin. The features will include the following: Settings: Register or Purchase License, Personal and Signature Settings, Theme editing (Such as logos, colors, header, slider and footer), viral share settings (for facebook, twitter, linkedin, google+ and pinterest) There is a specific way these will function. Email confirmation editor to change and structure the email that is sent to people that register or purchase the plugin users products, details will be provided on how this will function. A function to utilize a unique discount feature (I have details on how this will work), and email settings such as server settings and hourly/daily send rate to blast their client base on updates or new products. A section to create pages, similar to the page editing of word press but will require less work using a fill in the template feature, I have have details on how this needs to be done. A way to incorporate their products and either free access or paypal button code. All products will be available through each users dashboard, however, products are locked until they complete the steps to access. These steps include using a custom social share feature. Products for purchase are accessed via each user of the plugin completing a paypal sale. Discounts will be available after using the social share process I have laid out in the mind map. Users can create discount pages the in a similar manner as creating a page. A section to program a sales funnel with other products and one time offers that will be navigated through each time someone attempts to access the free or purchased product in their members dashboard An area that will display details of all pages created, in an organized fashion. An email/members list area that will organize and display all of the plugin users members info and purchase history. Email features to blast all or groups of the above list. A way to export list to csv file to use with third party autoresponders. Then the plugin user will need a way to post messages and updates to a board that can be viewed by each of their members or clients. This plugin will also have to handle and track refunds through clickbank and paypal API to lock out plugin user who cancels membership or takes a refund. This plugin will be offered to my network of like minded internet marketers as a tool for them to easily create sales pages, one time offers, sales funnels, incorporate my ideas for viral marketing of their product and manage their clients. I will only accept bids of those, I truly believe can successfully complete the plugin to specification. Working on this project will require that the completed code code and strategy is not used sold or modified in any way for others or our competitors. Acceptance and completion of this bid will start our business relationship, and you the freelancer will be utilized for all updates, changes, modifications and future projects.
