Custom Wordpress theme needed

I need a custom wordpress theme made for a music site I am working on for a client. This is a one off from my normal business They hired someone to populate the database already which contains 2000+ entries, so going with another CMS is not possible. I took a look at several premium sites from templatemonster ,ithemes,etc. Not only did they not fit the look for the site we want, They all failed to work properly with the current content organization. Doing some research if found that this requires a [login to view URL] file with some if-than-else statements to work how the client wants it. Example of function: 1.)main page contains # A-Z. these are categories. 2.)User clicks on A. It brings up all bands starting with total post count for that category (including subcategories)These are displayed in color alternating table of some kind. (i would prefer you use divs for SEO purposes) 3.)User clicks on band name and it shows the subcategory which are albums names. These has the total number of posts and is displayed similar to 2.) 4.)User clicks on the album name and and it displays all the songs name, title only. 5.)Clicking song name brings up the page. (which i imagine is just the normal [login to view URL] template. The look of the site should be dark and kind of gritty. I will draw and scan a basic structure if necessary. The main competitor for this site is [login to view URL] so looking here might be good for examples. I picture the main page being organized similar to the above. The category and page should be two columns. one larger for the content and side column for advertising,links,etc. Budget for this is 90-150. I will answer all follow up questions in a timely manner. Only those with positive rating and examples will be considered. To further break out functionality I have included a sample a consultant did. Feel free to use this as a base for your design. we are open to other ideas. Also we have a logo that we want worked into the design. This will be provided to the accepted bidder. ****UPDATE***** to clear up confusion another bidder had. This is for the design and coding of a fully functional theme. not a photoshop design or conversion. please read over the above carefully.
