Database creation & Web Access page to content of queries.

Our online recipe business needs to step up to the next level for our customers, and one of the things we'd like to build is a new database containing all our recipes, and be able to have our members access it from our website. The data would be entered by us, but we need help with the actual database and web access frame work. Pages required: 1. Recipe display page. 2. User ingredient search page (they can select the ingredients they have and our database will suggest recipes). 3. Compilation of shopping lists from ingredients of selected recipes. 4. Pre-built meal plan lists with compiled shopping lists. 5. A possible graph system reflecting which recipes are most often being access. 6. An entry form for new recipes for administators. This will be implemented onto our wordpress site. As a reference, we're thinking along the lines of paprikaapp, but not as indepth.
