Dating website

Hello everyone. I am hoping to find a good developer here who will help me by building a dating website i would like to run. First i will go over a brief description of what my vision is. I plan to create a dating site for a particular asian market. I wish to allow free membership for all female members but charge member fees for male members. Here is the real twist - i plan on only allowing 99 male members to join per fortnight and i will only allow female members to initiate contact, male members will only be able to contact female members that show interest in them first. An obvious reason is to keep the percentage of female members higher but there are many different reasons i am choosing this strategy which i am happy to discuss with the developer who's bid i accept. I will go over some key things i need built/included in the site... *Free membership for females with full functionality. *Only paid membership available to males strictly limited to 99 per month. the payment gateway must only be able to sell 99 memberships for any given fortnight whether that be 66 monthly, 24 quarterly and 15 six month memberships or simply 99 monthly memberships - it must ensure only 99 new male members are signed up to join the site on the 1st of the upcoming month. If a current month has less than 99 males signed up then memberships can be sold during the month until the 99 number is reached. *Ability to place males who have signed up on a waiting list to activate their profile on the 1st of the month that they paid for *Ensure that only female members can initiate contact through messaging, sending interest and chat. male members can only initiate contact/interest through sending a virtual gift * A page to stylish showcase and introduce all 99 new male members for the current month * Referral system where username is used as a referral code to earn credit towards extending membership or buying gifts * Stylish profile pages, not dull boring ones * Site maximised for SEO and some backlink work done if possible I have some basic ideas about what i'd like the overall look of the site to be but would certainly appreciate your input and opinion.I'm happy to pay additional if you think you can achieve a good google page rank for me.
