Deals Aggregator Website

I would like to build a website (like [login to view URL]) that aggregates daily deals from several deals websites, based on the location of the user (by city, country): 1. The website would contain the following 2 pages: Home (with a listing of all the deals), Deal Detail Page. 2. User should be able to choose category of the deal, like Travel, Entertainment, etc.. 3. On first visit, the website should ask the user for location, then display option to sign up for daily email with deals or just view the deal. There should be an option to use facebook id to login and sign up for daily email. 4. The main page should be a listing of the deals sortable by time left, discount %, price and quantity purchased and categorized by the type of industry the deal is associated with, like entertainment, travel, etc. 5. Once the user clicks on a desired deal on the main page, a new tab should open with the details of the deal and the option to purchase. 6. If the user decides to purchase the deal, he will click on the 'Purchase' button and then should be routed to the original 3rd party deal page, where he can complete the purchase. 7. The 'Purchase' link will contain the referral id of the site owner (me), so that a referral is paid whenever a deal is purchased through the site. 8. No payment will be made on the site itself. 9. The website should be able to automatically collect the deal information from a list of 3rd party deal websites (editable by the user), as well as any user-added deals. 10. The website should be search engine optimized.
