Design and build a wordpress site for a gardening company

Hello, Please read this project brief in full. I am looking for someone to design and build a wordpress websites. I am looking for competent, professional and most importantly reliability. This project will be for a gardening company. We need someone that can work with a theme and customise it. This is what you will need to do: customize and style the theme to a clients colors and brand add logo add calls to action - homepage form, click to contact and so on add the relevant pages add the content - We will give you the text install the relevant plugins - if you need premium plugins then tell us - we expect you to recommedn some good plugins easy to use admin area easy to use theme options plenty of widget areas Needs to be easy to update and integrated drag and drop builder. Seo optimised and friendly. make it look like a bespoke site for that client, you will need to make it look different to the original theme. You will also need to be able to brand the theme to our company and add all the necessary footer links with our url and logo and also brand it in the wordpress appearance area as well. We will then end up with a finished and polished wordpress site. You need to be familiar with themes like u-design and adeva and other themeforest themes, woothemes, elegant themes to name just a few. Lets get one thing clear, you will not be asked to build something from scratch, but to take an existing theme and brand it to a clients colours, adding backgrounds, colour scheme, some minor CSS and HTML. You need to be able to work from only short briefs and come up with a good finished site with some key elements that we will let you know about on each site. This needs to be very cost effective. We will provide any premium plugins that are needed. We need: - someone who is an expert with wordpress and can work to deadlines. - someone that can do these and make the sites light and fast. - Again the sited need to have very fast loading times When you submit your bid please send example of work you have done and we also need to know which themes you have used and customised in the past. The budget will be under $200 - If you are not prepared to work within this budget then please do not bid. also, we are looking for people who can offer value and quality. If you can do it for less then great. This is not a one time project but a lot of ongoing work. We will use freelancer for every project and no payments will be made outside of freelancer.
