Design squeeze page editor and bootstrap templates for Yii framework CMS System

You are a Yii framework expert. You can recreate a javascript editor like [login to view URL] or MegaphoneApp.com. You can customize or create bootstrap templates and themes for the new page editor. You are a quality coder - no sloppy code. You are reliable and understand that you get paid for what you produce - results - not promises. You are available daily for updates and submit daily progress reports 7 days a week. You can dedicate a minimum of 10 productive hours a week developing and delivering results. You can work weekends. Your priority is getting the job done right - not taking time off or personal time or vacations or going missing for days without communicating. You are creating the editor to add to our Yii framework CMS system, to be launched in July, 2014. You are creating a dozen bootstrap templates / themes (or more) to use in the squeeze page editor for users of our CMS system. You are adding and improving features for our Yii CMS framework and developing additional features after this primary project is completed, indefinitely, if you are a Yii framework developer. The system we a looking for gives users the ability to use already created templates and customize these for their own use. Critical qualifications: I'll invest as much as $25/hr if you know what you are doing and develop quickly, with great attention to detail and quality. Our preferred rate is around $15/hr. YOU WILL BE PAID FOR RESULTS IN INCREMENTS BASED ON DELIVERABLES... NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not available at least one time daily, 7 days a week, for updates or if you cannot e-mail progress reports daily, do not apply. I usually pay $100 at a time, based on code delivered. I do not have any interest in paying for learning any longer - I've learned my lesson. If you do not know how to code, please move on. If you are a Yii framework developer, we are looking for top quality coders who are looking for steady work. You will be paid well as long as you deliver quality results and keep your promises/deadlines. My experience working with outsourcing over the past two decades is mixed. If you are not dedicated to your word, if you cannot keep your commitments, if you are just testing the water, if you do not qualify for what we are requesting here - move on. You will sign a work for hire agreement and DND for this work and any additional work you do.
