A New Social Networking Entertainment Pay Membership Site

I need a social networking member site dedicated to entertainement of all genres. I need my [login to view URL] home page NOT to look like the typical ning style format, mbut something exciting and fresh that catches the eye's and attention of potential members, and members making them want to stay at my site. I need uniform pages home, about us, contact, a forms page, and a tour page. Member ones joined with be able to design they're own page on the network through Ning. I want scrolling phtot boxes with boptom shaddows. I need scrolling text and photos, with transparent or semi transparent backgrounds. I need a vertical (Left or right or vice versa) scrollinf Members section under the intro scrolling photo box. I need an events or updated list of announcements to the right of the page. I need a newest member feature to display the member of day. I need a section in middle of page for categories like music, film, fashion, art, hairstylists, comedy, misc. etc. That once clicked lead to a nother page of sub-categories more specific to categories of those listed like gaffers, sound, ballet, tap, hip hop dancer etc. I also need all of these categories and sub categories in the Top tabs to point to the same pages of members in those categories. I want when people see my Landing page for the ease of use to be a great experience. To find everyting they need just from the landing page, and be able to click through member sub-categories to find a specific type of artist. I also need search to look up specifics like by ages, are, genre, actors, dancer, designers, etc. to narrow down finding a member for work or a project.
