Hi there, Had a look at the example panty selling websites and I'm confident I can build a website which will match, and probably surpass the ones from example both in functionality and looks. Which one do you like more? On the first one it seems there is only one girl selling her worn stuff, while the second one allows members to sell their stuff, which one do you like more? I know what you are looking for and I know what will work for you, However you will not find it on this site, nor many of the other Freelance sites. These sites have become over ran by foreign people that buy their status and pay for their reviews so that they can win more bids. Because of the reviews they have paid for, they are able to email the posters and convince them that they are the best for the job. However they do not write anything themselves nor do they actually have a team. They repost the job to desperate third world writers to do the writing for 1 dollar per 500 words and keep the rest of the money for themselves. For what you are paying and what you want, your best bet is to search out publishing agent of your genre ans ask for referrals. There are also numerous writers on face book that do what you want. Good luck.
