buscoaventura.net: New web portal for join people looking for any type of relationship - repost

The idea is build a web portal based in joomla with similar visualization as the current welcome in buscoaventura.net. We don't need a complex site and any e-commerce will have in the future, so only basic functions should be developed: searching people with criteria (gender, age, breed, country, preferences), account management (pictures - only 6, preferences, personal data for contact). The contacts due to the search should be done only with registered people however it there is a public search. The contacts done have to logged to the system and only using the ways available in the preferences of each user. The web portal contact by email when somebody request it and a log of activity un Your account to follow the different contacts and respond accepting, rejecting or ignoring providing details. Is needed some security whe you put data in forms to prevent spam. By the other side, Privacy Policies must to be accepted at the time of new registration and an option also needed for quick unregister when you like.
