Basic Overview: Head office and franchisee’s 2 different systems working together depending on permissions and values set. The franchisee and head office secured areas would pull and share data depending on the user/login and permissions given. Essentially giving franchisee’s a schedule and overview of current, pending and past leads, sales, customers, contacts, incoming and outgoing invoices, expenses etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Head Office Requirements: List Of Franchisees: A list of franchisee’s detailing their personal details, contact details, fees paid, franchise they purchased, how much they purchased the franchise for, state location, and if it was a regional franchise, state franchise or normal franchise. It would also need a search or sort so franchisees can be found quickly. It will also need a export function where you can choose what to export. Phone Calls: Each phone call we get to head office to book in a job with a franchisee are logged. It would need to have customer details, the customer/job is then assigned into the closest franchisee to that customer. It would then get put into a list of phone calls which is sorted by date. The franchisee would get notified by email, sms and also in a list from within their login area. Calender: Each staff member will have their own Calender, This Calender can be shared and events, meetings sent to other staff depending on their permissions. This Calender to work live with outlook and or iphone/ipad Calender would be best. The calendar would also have notifications when new events/meetings are setup along with reminders sent via popup or email. List Of Customers: A full list of customers viewable by selected staff members and can be viewed, edited, exported etc depending on their privileges. A list of franchisees and dates that have done work for that customer. The customers can also be sorted depending on state, service etc etc. Also need a custom export option for this. SMS Service: We would like to incorporate a sms service to notify customers/franchisees of leads, notifications, alerts, outstanding bills/invoices etc. The SMS service would use a API connecting to a third party SMS portal. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Franchisee Requirements: Once logged in the franchisee would have the following options: Calender: This would list all jobs, leads, events, meetings etc which have either been issued by head office or issued by themselves. The items in Calender can either be edited, deleted, created etc. List of Customers: The franchisee would have access to only “their” customers that have been assigned to them via head office when a phone call/job came in. Also the ability to create new customers and view, edit, add, modify jobs and sales that they did for that customer. We do not want a export function on this. Incoming and Outgoing: A list of incoming and outgoing’s, including and excluding tax, fees and invoices that have been paid and any outstanding invoices that need paying. Selection of what to view = e.g. only out goings or only incoming moneys. Franchisee Help Area: Depending on the service the franchisee would have access to their assigned state and or regional manager, any other important contacts, access to download sign writing, logos, images, graphic art, some documents and resources. ( this will limit phone calls to head office and reduce work ) Support Tickets: A area where the franchisee can submit a ticket and depending on the category they choose it will get emailed to the appropriate email address for the staff member at head office to deal with. Newsletters: A list of new and archived newsletters in PDF format. -------------------------- We would also like this to be iOS friendly.
