Do some changes in a wordpress template.

Hello. We got a website based on Wordpress. We are a web-radio who plays alternative rock/soft rock music. What we need is to change the theme of it and make some changes on it. The theme we want is this one: [login to view URL] (you don't have to buy it, you can find it for free somewhere it doesn't matter for us) The changes should be done as to fit our style. The template's images are for... dance/house music. We need something to fit our style. Also, in the index of the template, there are like.. 3 articles, we need to be like 9. decrease the dimensions that it takes from the index. Also, there is a space between the menu and the articles, this space should have a player, playing our web-radio, a cover image taken from amazon, and somehow inherit the already chatbox we have. we need some professional work to be done. this section should be in every page the user navigates as the menu stays, this should stay also.
