I have contacted a few of you but I need further research before I make a decision. Some of you have pointed out that this project should not be paid by hour but by project as a whole. The project is a multi-site wordpress blog where me and my 3 co-workers will have our own blogs, all connected in one main blog (everything each one of us posts, should be seen in the "mother" blog. I have already setup a MySQL database, I have wordpress 3.5.1 installed, and the website in place. What I need is someone to help me design (code) a template that looks similar to the "The economist blog" [login to view URL] . I already have someone within my firm who will take care of the graphic design. This is a more technical job. I am hoping to spend somewhere around $300
